Uneven Eyes - what can be done to help with the asymmetry? (photos)

For as long as I can remember, I’ve hated the way my eyes look in photos and on video. In the mirror they look normal, but in photos and on video one eyelid looks “droopy” and sad. My partner and I are due to get married soon and all I can think about is how awful my eyes are going to look in the photos. I am extremely self conscious of it. Has anyone had something similar and had something done that helped with the asymmetry? Is it as noticeable to other people as I’m thinking it it?

From your photos it appears you are good candidate for lower blepharoplasty. This will address the excess skin and reposition the fat pads beneath the eyes. The result will be smoother, more refreshed appearing eyes. Treatments such as Morpheus8 can be added to improve overall skin tone and...
Filler to the tear troughs would be appropriate, along with an eye-brightening cream. You could also consider fat grafting with Co2 lasering to the lower eyelids for a longer lasting result.
Neurotoxin would be a great place to start for you. This would weaken the muscles that lower the brow and give you a "chemical lift." A brow lift is always an option as well but I would try the easy option first.
