Would double blepharoplasty fix my upper eyelid asymmetry and lower eyelid laxity and wrinkles? (photos)

Upper eyelid surgery removes excess skin and minimizes hooding. Lower Blepharoplasty may remove extra fat, reposition the fat, and in appropriate candidates excess skin is removed. Tightening of the lower eyelids with canthopexy is necessary at times. Botox, fillers and surgery all have risks, benefits & limitation and this is discussed at consultation. Realistic expectations are important with all cosmetic procedures.

You appear to have some laxity of your lower lids. A blepharoplasty will tighten them but it will not fix the crow’s feet. Those will need to be addressed with a neurotoxin on regular bases since they are due to muscle activity.

First, let me say that neither filler nor Botox causes wrinkling or sagging. It’s difficult to say, without consulting, whether any residual product remains but aging does not cease with non-surgical treatment, much as this is touted. Let me add that your upper eyelid asymmetry is accompanied by brow asymmetry which should be evaluated. Best wishes.
