Allison Yee, MD, FACS

Dr. Yee is an amazing ocular-facial surgeon! She is gifted, with outstanding surgical skills, an aesthetic eye, and a warm, caring bedside manner. I came in for a consultation, wanting a recommendation to address bags under my eyes, marionette lines, and a sagging neck. She addressed all that and more, by adding volume back to my face, and erasing (with laser) blood spots and uneven pigment.

Ultimately, she did a neck and lower face lift, blepharoplasty (for the bags under the eyes), fat grafting (for volume), laser and a FaceTIte procedure. The combination easily took 10 years off my face, yet looks very natural. In the mirror, I now see a younger version of me, that matches how I feel.

I am SO impressed with Dr. Yee and highly recommend her! She is definitely an artistic perfectionist, an immensely skills surgeon and, the best part is she is the most caring physician I’ve ever met. I started out going to Dr. Yee for injectable’s and sought advice on my sagging lower face and neck. The results were amazing and I’m still in the early post op period. Dr. Yee seems to hone in on the ultra fine details that other physicians miss. Super detail oriented!

I feel 10 years younger! I had an upper and lower eyelid Blepharoplasty and laser Skin Resurfacing . Dr. Yee is a true professional. She talked me through the entire procedure and was available for all my questions. She made me feel at ease and her staff is kind and very knowledgeable. I came to Dr Yee to have my eyelids done and to transfer some fat to my face. Unfortunately, an inexperienced surgeon had removed too much fat from my face. Dr. Yee made it like it never happened!! Dr Yee gave me my face and my confidence back, l had had a allergic reaction to a facial filler on the left side of my face; leaving my face very sunken, Dr Yee did a facial fat transfer about a month ago . The procedure was relatively painless and l couldn't be more pleased. I can actually look in the mirror again. I truly can't say thank you enough to Dr Yee and Aubrey her assistant. I love Dr. Yee. I went to her at Garramone Plastic Surgery initially for Botox and some fillers. After meeting her and finding out that she is both a board certified facial plastic surgeon (oculofacial) and a board certified opthamologist, I had her perform an eyelift and a fat transfer to my face. I am a 70 year old woman and I am thrilled with the results. She was an excellent surgeon and kind and compassionate. My recovery was easy, with very little pain. I needed no prescription pain medication. People keep saying to me, "wow, you're 70?" I love it! I love her and I love the results of my surgery. I’ve been seeing Dr. Yee for a few years. I followed her from her former office to this office because she is awesome! She listens and gives suggestions without pushing things that would be too aggressive. She’s done a fabulous job with all my procedures. Very professional office staff as well. The whole atmosphere makes me feel very comfortable.
