What eye procedure to choose a consultation for low brows, and deep set eyes? (photos)

Hi I am a 22 year old female, 5ft 2in and 190 pounds. I have low set brows, deep set eyes and hooded eyes. I would like to look more awake, less angry and my eyes to look less hooded. What procedure should I consider for consultation? Also is there anything non-surgical things I can do? Because my nervous going under anesthesia being overweight
