Crooked and asymmetrical nose 6 months post Rhinoplasty - Do I need a revision? (photos)

I am 6 months post rhinoplasty and was told that my crooked nose is due to “swelling” however it is bulbous, assymetrical, has an unexplained ridge/valley and the nostrils do not look normal. Can this be rectified with just some kind of surgery that thins the skin or do I need a revision rhinoplasty. If so what went wrong and what could have caused this? My nose was not like this before.
