In our experience, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be well suited for camouflaging visible irregularities and indentations after rhinoplasty. You are likely seeing those irregularities because you have thin nasal skin. Hope this helps you. Dr Joseph

While fillers may help balance the dent that has formed on your nasal tip, it’s important to get to the root of the problem before moving forward with treatment. Revision rhinoplasty may be the appropriate treatment to correct this issue. I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who has plenty of experience performing revision rhinoplasty procedures.

Much as I would like to help you, in your case, a physical exam is really needed to best answer your questions and create a plan to improve your nasal configuration. I could not justify giving you direction just based on the photos. If you decide to use filler, please make sure it is not permanent (only a hyaluronic-acid-based filler should be used). In my many years of experience with revision rhinoplasty surgery, I have seen configurations such as yours, and I’ve had great success bringing about improvement with surgery. If you are not comfortable returning to your original surgeon, I recommend that you consult in person with a board certified plastic surgeon who has decades of experience performing rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty.
