I underwent rhinoplasty 18 months ago. At 6 mo follow-up, received steroid injection for persistent tip edema. As swelling has diminished, asymmetry, dent, and raised area have appeared. When I asked about revision, my surgeon told me that "voluma" injection will fix all of this and have a "permanent effect." How would you approach this? Would you offer revision?
