Thank you for your question. It can take weeks to months for kenalog injections to work and sometimes multiple are required. The tip of the nose is the place that holds onto swelling the longest after rhinoplasty and can take up to a full year to resolve. I recommend being patient right now and you will likely get a continued decrease in the swelling over the next 6 months. Best of luck!

I might stop these injections and seek another opinion. My guess is you need revision tip rhinoplasty, but only in person examinations allows that determination.
