How do I get lip filler to go into the middle part of my top lip? (Photo)

Question

I went to a filler place, i told her i have a natural keyhole shape in themiddle of my top lip, and asked if she could mak sure it is filled in along with the rest of the top lip to make it symmetrical. 2 weeks later when it came to my check up it travelled to the side of my top lip. She said that the middle area cant hold lip filler no matter how pricise she tries to be. Is my best shot to go a dermatologist/plastic surgeon ?& What kind of filler & type of technique would work best?

You’re a keyhole as you call, it is most likely not related to a lack of volume. Sometimes volume can correct problems but if the problem is related to connective tissue, creating a certain contour, then adding volume, it can make the situation worse or not fix the problem. Fillers do not migrate. The concept of fillers migrating is a poor excuse for lack of skill and experience.
The contour of your upper lip may not be fixable with the use of filler alone. 
The first step in choosing an appropriate procedure is to get a clear understanding of what the underlying problem is. If your treatment doesn’t address the underlying problem, then it isn’t going to work.
There’s no way we can second-guess if volume restoration can fix your keyhole or not. We weren’t there and we don’t have any confirmation of the qualifications of your provider. The fact that it didn’t work the first time should tell you that volume is probably not the correct treatment option.
Correct thing this may be a little more complex than initially thought.
