Hey I’m currently 22 years old and I’ve noticed that after my braces were removed I got some kind of weird saggy bags under my lower lip. I had 4 teeth removed due to an overbite and open bite. What is that ? Can it go away with some sort of procedure? Will lip fillers help me improve it ?

Most likely the puffiness, you see below your mouth was there all along, it’s just that you never really paid attention to it as is the case with almost all individuals. Now that the braces have come off, you start to see things which were not perceived by your eyes before. I would look at your photographs from before you had braces placed And I am sure you will see exactly the same.
