Sculptra injections that are done at least 2 months apart and by someone who does treat scarring could be helpful in both areas. Fat may not work well in the banana fold area because of pressure of sitting.

To make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure we always need to see proper before and after pictures. For individuals who had more than one surgery we need to see before and after pictures of each procedure. The banana roll is a skinfold that is not related to fat distribution and should not be treated with Liposuction.
The banana roll generally does not respond well to liposuction and generally it’s a high risk for low patient satisfaction outcome or even disfigurement.
Since we don’t have a reference picture of what you used to look like we have to make an assessment based on only after pictures.
If removing fat made things worse than fat transfer may be an option.
Your post is insufficient to make an accurate assessment.
I suggest excepting the outcome for what it is and having no more surgeries in these areas.
Liposuction results are permanent and more or less irreversible.
The time to be selective in choosing providers is before someone has a permanent and irreversible operation.
At this point your results really don’t look all that bad and I would suggest leaving things as they are and not having any more surgery.
Each time someone has surgery things become more complex and more difficult and the chances of quality outcomes go down.
Second revisions unless done as a pre-planned stage series of operations is generally not a good idea.
