Is it possible to get Renuvion surgery without liposuction? Also how does the procedure effect your skin (specifically in the abdominal area) if you get the procedure done and then get pregnant?

It is certainly possible to use the Renuvion device on your abdominal skin in a standalone procedure, but it is much more commonly done during a liposuction procedure. If you become pregnant after Renuvion you are still likely to end up with a fair amount of loose skin, and possibly stretch marks.

Yes, you can just have Renuvion if you have no need for liposuction. Pregnancy will still stretch your skin normally as you progress and Renuvion will not interfere with this.  It can be repeated once you have had all the children you need.

Hello! Yes, Renuvion can be done without liposuction! Renuvion is an excellent skin-tightening treatment that targets loose skin. This treatment can treat moderate to low skin laxity, so it will depend on your starting point. I would recommend if you are planning on getting pregnant again wait until after.

Renuvion was designed to treat endometriosis.
The device is meant to be done in conjunction with Liposuction. Liposuction creates the space that allows the cannula to be passed through the tissues.
Forcing the cannula through intact layers of subcutaneous fat without previously doing liposuction it’s a bit traumatic on the tissues but can be done.
My personal first-hand experience using a renew Vienna for one year showed no more objective or subjective skin tightening whatsoever according to my assessments and all of my patients.

In my opinion the device completely fails that delivering what is claims.
This includes making objective skin measurements and seeing 0% skin tightening.
I have since sold the device.
Pregnancy related changes are best treated with a full tummy tuck at a time when women are fairly certain they are not going to have more children.
There is no good alternative to abdominal skin laxity than a tummy tuck.
All results shown using Renuvion can be described by Liposuction alone.
