I've always had a naturally tiny physique, but as I've reached my later teenage years, I'm now 17, my ribs haven't stopped growing, they are uneven, huge and desperately affecting my body confidenc. As well as physical issues, such as being unable to find clothes to fit, unable to lay on my front and my chest not seeming to expand as much as other peoples when I breathe! Can anything be done?

It is difficult to be certain from your pictures but it appears that you have pectus excavatum.  This is a condition where the sternum (breast bone) does not protrude sufficiently.  The ribs appear normal.Custom sternal implant or sternal repositioning can improve the condition but have visible scars.  I have performed breast augmentation on women with this condition and often it will obscure the appearance of the sunken chest.I hope this helps.
