I seem to recall seeing somewhere that you should avoid a sauna/steam room and jacuzzi after surgery but now can't locate it. I see info here and there for other types of surgery (nose or breast or lipo). Why are you to avoid it anyway. What harm can it cause after facelift surgery? Thanks for your info. Greatly appreciated.

You are best off seeing an orthodontist for starters. It looks like you need braces to correct your bite. This will be a far better investment than something like a chin implant. The orthodontist can also determine if you need jaw surgery but it doesn’t look like it.
