Most before and afters similar to mine seem to only feature “straightening”- I know my nose is crooked and would like to correct the dorsum but most “afters” featuring a Roman profile like mine don’t seem to alter the high radix at all, which bothers me bc that’s what makes my nose seem so prominent. Is what I want even possible? What are cost estimates? Doctors in SD area?
