It's been 3 weeks after the surgery and my breasts still look asymmetrical: left implant is higher than right. My surgeon keeps on telling me that I should be patient and continue massaging them which is what I have been doing religiously without any noticeable changes. I am running out of patientce. My breasts look asymmetrical: left is higher than right, right is lower and more swollen and painful. I also hear a " crackling" sound in my right breast when I make a sharp move or bend down.

Thank you for your question. Constipation can occur following surgery due to anesthesia and post operative pain medication. I recommend over the counter Miralax or milk of magnesia.
The difference between the two implant sizes is nominal. My best advise would be for you to try them both out and see which one looks better. My best,

What you are experiencing is simply a normal part of the healing process. With time, your breasts will soften. For now, keep doing what you are doing and be patient. My best,
