How do I know if I tore my muscle repair after an abdominplasty?

It is difficult to tear an abdominoplasty repair, so you likely just irritated the area from the strain.  Contact your surgeon to discuss the situation.  In the meantime rest the area.  Your surgeon may recommend anti inflammatory medication to help with the soreness.

IT is too soon from surgery to determine that case, but I recommend you to visit your board certified plastic surgeon for a check up first, you can judge final results at 6 to 8 month post-op.
