Can getting elbowed in the face by accident flatten your Juvederm injections in lips?

I was playing with my son and he elbowed me in my face semi hard. I just had my injections on Friday and now it is Monday. I thought I felt a pop but it could be in my head cause I was nervous. Will my lips flatten on that side or am I okay?

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  After three days it is unlikely that any direct trauma with an elbow will displace your Juvederm product.  It may cause some temporary asymmetry due to swelling but this should resolve over the 2-4 weeks it takes for the product to mature.  Hope this helps.

I doubt that an elbow by your child could displace fillers in your lips or other parts. If concerned, you can always check with your doc.
