Hi! Any time I move or flexed my face or smile I see these lumps and divots on my chin. Is it left over from a facial fat transfer I had a year and a half ago? Is it from scar tissue of old acne? How do I permanently fix this? Botox? Morpheus? Surgery?

I want to start off with reassuring you that facial asymmetry is very normal and common! Some people are born with it but we also tend to have it progress as we age due to certain muscles becoming hypertrophied or weaker, sun damage, effects on collagen loss, etc.
