Can Botox help address eyebrow asymmetry? (photos)

Question

Hello, my left eyebrow is higher than my right eyebrow, particularly at the inner part of the brow. 2 questions: 1. Can this be treated with Botox to raise (right eyebrow) or lower (left eyebrow)? Would I have to get Botox to my whole forehead? I would prefer not to have to get Botox to the entire brow & forehead. 2. Is there another treatment such as pdo threads or ultherapy that could help asymmetrical eyebrows?

Hi! Guess what? Everyone is asymmetric, including their brows! You most likely do not need to do anything to correct them as I highly doubt most people notice this. However, if you do want to try to subtly correct this, you can use botox to do so. You would either want to do a gentle dose to the frontalis above the left one to lower this or try some to the brow depressor muscles on the right side so that you can get a lift or a little bit of both. It may require some titration to get it right for something this subtle. Good luck!

A couple of microdroplets of Botox placed in the lateral eyebrow can lead to a more feminine upward and outward flare of the eyebrow and create greater symmetry between the sides. Alternatively, an appropriate HA filler properly injected above and below the lateral eyebrow can likewise serve to elevate it and lead to better balance between the sides.
