Can masseter botox and scupltra be done for myself at the same time ? (Photos)

Yes - we regularly perform Botox in the masseters to slim the face and then Sculptra along the lower jaw line for a snatched jaw. Based on your photos - I would not recommend Botox for the masseters as it will reduce the width of your face which will not help in creating a snatched jaw line. You already have a slim face and I would recommend Sculptra and/or Fillers along the mandibular edge to create what you are looking for. Barbed Infiniti Threads can also help if needed at the end. Based on your photos, you may in fact have masseter hypertrophy on both sides. This is commonly seen in people who grind their teeth at night or perhaps chew a lot of gum. It is also associated with TMJ disorder. Masseteric Botox is a safe and easy procedure that may improve your jawline to your liking. I would not recommend fillers, based on your photos, and in particular we are not fans of Sculptra because of the possible formation of large nodules that are difficult or impossible to completely remove. If the Botox and Sculptra are being used to treat different areas, as you describe in your post, then you should be able to have both on the same day. Be aware that Sculptra is different than traditional HA fillers and will often take multiple treatments, and more time to produce the desired result. That's not to say it's the wrong choice, only to say that it's different. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

You are able to receive Botox injections and Sculptra at the same time as long as the treatment areas do not overlap. With Sculptra, you need to massage the treated area, whereas, with Botox, you do not want to massage the treated area due to the risk of migration of Botox. I hope this helps and best of luck!
