You appear to be a great candidate for Vaser ultrasound (or Smart Lipo laser) liposuction. This will remove stubborn fat and tighten skin avoiding tummy tuck scars and recovery. You do not appear to require skin excision or muscle tightening which should be confirmed during consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures.
Thank you for your inquiry! By your photos, it looks like you would be a great candidate for an abdominoplasty to get rid of excess skin. The only difference in a mini vs a full abdominoplasty is how long the incision is. A mini tummy tuck is going to have a smaller incision than a full tummy tuck. Muscle repair, removal of excess skin, and liposuction are all included with both a mini and a full tummy tuck. I recommend scheduling a consult appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon like myself so we can create a surgical plan that is best for you and your goals!
Hello, You are a very good candidate for a mini tummy tuck, with muscle repair and flank liposuction.
Hello from Istanbul! I think you are a great candidate for liposuction and a mini tummy tuck. A more detailed assessment needs to be done in person to evaluate factors such as skin laxity, but as far as the pictures go, I believe you would benefit greatly from liposuction and a mini tummy tuck. Best of luck!
A mini tummy tuck will excise skin mostly from the lower half below the umbilicus. You may be a good candidate for this. However, some of your skin extends laterally and may not be included. You would be better off with a full tummy tuck but will have the bigger scar.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Is the area that you’re concerned about isolated to the area below your belly button? If yes, then a mini tummy tuck would be sufficient. However, if there is any bulging above your belly button as well, then a full tummy tuck would be more suitable.
Mini tummy tuck addresses the loose skin above the pubic area, and at the same time muscle repair below the belly button which occurred during pregnancies must be fixed and can be done via mini tummy tuck and simultaneously vaser liposuction are really good options for you.
Dear Peaceful496255,It depends on your skin laxity for which I would need to examine you. In general, liposuction does not help with skin laxity and a tummy tuck is the best option in this scenario. A mini tummy tuck can work great for laxity below the umbilicus but generally does not improve the area above the belly button.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
A mini tummy tuck would get rid of your "pooch" and can even tighten your abdominal wall in the area between your belly button and pubic region. This would make a nice change for you, but it would not change the way your tummy looks in the area above your belly button. If the area above your belly button doesn't bother you, then the mini will be fine. But if you want the upper abdomen to be tighter too, then you would need a full tummy tuck. Talk to an experienced surgeon in-person so he/she can discuss the specifics with you. Best of luck!
Hi there, I would reccomend BodyTite.BodyTite is an FDA approved minimally invasive procedure which gently emulsifies and removes unwanted fat resulting in effective body contouring and significant skin contraction. When combined with liposuction I have seen excellent results on this lower abdominal area. You should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon!

Dear rrachros, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a...
