I am currently an A cup and looking to be a C cup (so nothing too large). I am worried that my chest wall shape and my current lateral position will prevent me from achieving any type of cleavage. I have attached a realistic wish pic!
Answer: Wide space between breasts I think you will achieve a result close to your wish pic. In the picture, you can see that having the implants close in the middle makes her nipples look mare lateral on her breast… that’s the trade off. Talk to your surgeon about your desired outcome and then he/she can really discuss how you can achieve that goal in person. Best of luck!

Answer: Chest The bases of your breasts cannot be moved. Even with implants, you will still be somewhat wide, but will be less wide apart than you are now. You will still look nice with implants. when you go for consultation, ask to see photo of women who have wide set breasts.
