Arms and hands go numb while sleeping on my stomach after breast augmentation - what can be causing this?

Charming89718
I'm 6 months post op, was a 34b now a 34G,with 550cc silicone HP under the muscle implants placed. I've only ever been able to sleep on my stomach for most of my life. Ever since getting the ok to again, post op,I find that my arms, wrists and hands tend to hurt and then go numb. Is this because my implants are so large? Am I causing circulation problems that can harm me? Advice on how to alleviate this?
