11cm chest wall measurement. 34b before breastfeeding for 18 months. Scheduled to get 350-400cc HP mentor gel implants. Since I'm so tall (5' 10" & 155lbs), I'm afraid I won't achieve my desired/wish pic look with even 400cc
Answer: Size I would suggest going back and trying on the sizes to see what you like. There is a limit on what your tissue will support and what will be comfortable on your neck and shoulders. Please don't go past that limit.

Answer: Best way to choose the best Breast Implant to achieve your goal Great question! Best way to pick the correct size breast implant is during an in depth consultation with a Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and who you develop a trusting relationship with during the pre surgical process. When you come in to see me we first review your goals through your description and we look at photos. Then in front of a mirror we measure your chest wall and breast dimensions. Together we look at options that would fit your chest width that will give you cleavage, the height of the proposed implant to understand where the implant starts to provide fullness at the top of your breasts and finally the amount of projection you want. Companies like SIENTRA who provide 20 Yr financial support to their customers for broken implants, have 4 different profiles, so the same Width and height implant can have more and more volume.. the bottom line is that you will need to try on different implants with different projections to really know what you want! Hope this helps! Good luck

Answer: Implant size Hello, thank you for your question. That is a reasonable size for your chest wall measurements and wish pics. We usually have our patients come in for sizing and make them try out a few implants in the range of their chest wall measurements. Then we choose a slightly higher implant size to the achieve the look they like since once the implant is tucked away under the muscle it may appear to be a bit smaller than in sizing room. Either way you have a great physique and breast anatomy and will this will look great! Thanks

Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants Your breasts are low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Implant size Dear milkmarie1600, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
