I'm a B/C cup and want to be a D.
Answer: The most natural feeling a looking breast implant The most natural feeling and looking breast implant is the one the fits you best. Silicone implants feel better than saline (when sitting on a table top in front of you, not necessarily when implanted). However, to give you the best results you want an implant that fits your existing breasts well, and you also want to have some pre-existing breast tissue. If you are a C cup to start with, it doesn't matter what implant you get, it will be well hidden. If you are an A cup, no matter what you do, you will always be able to feel your implants and most likely see them.

Answer: Gummy Bears - 5th generation silicone - for a natural look When a patient comes to me and says her priority is a natural LOOK and FEEL, the discussion will turn to the Gummy Bear implant. As you may know, this is the fifth-generation of silicone gel implants. In my 15 years+ of active practice, Gummy Bears offer exceptional outcomes – natural and healthy. Implant type is one of the most important decisions you and your surgeon will make. You’ll have chance to see and touch implants during your consultation. You should absolutely review the surgeon’s work on the practice website. After all, results are what matter.

Answer: Small round textured silicone gel retro-pectoral Small round textured silicone gel implants placed retro-pectoral look and feel more natural, are more stable, less likely to ripple or have complications needing revision. Implant profile is irrelevant in the retro-pectoral since the muscle compresses it. Unfortunately, you have not told us your bra size just your cup size. If you are 32 or 34 each 100 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are 36 or 38 each 200 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can compute the volume required to achieve your desired goal. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: What is the most naturally feeling/looking breast implant? In my opinion, the most natural implant is a smooth silicone implant in all respects. You can discuss all aspects of the implants when you have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck!

Answer: Most naturally feeling/looking breast implant? Both the saline and silicone implants have the same type of outer rubbery silicone shell. The inner fill is different: sterile saline solution in the saline Implant and silicone gel in the silicone Implant. There are advantages and disadvantages of each type of implant. Both are utilized by surgeons across the country with satisfactory results. They are both safe and approved for usage by the FDA. Currently there are more silicone gel implants used in the U.S. While either implant can produce excellent cosmetic results in the appropriate patient, most patients prefer the feel of the silicone gel implant. The best way to determine what the best implant is for you is to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the various types of implants along with your concerns and personal preferences at a consultation with a plastic surgeon who should be certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAP).
