Textured 505cc implants didn’t drop - will I need a revision?

Pre-operatively, your breasts were hanging and you needed a lift. Unfortunately, your surgeon did not perform a lift but just placed the implants. Your implants are at one level and your breast tissue is at another level. You will need a lift and the pockets redone. If your implants are retro-pectoral then the technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, the implants can be placed submuscular.

Texturing on the surface of breast implants is intended to promote formation of a scar capsule that adheres to the implant and prevent rotation. This also means they aren't expected to drop.

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Yes, because textured implants do not drop or move from where they were placed. I prefer the smooth round implants for fewer risks.
