Do I need a revision or should I accept my breasts will have some asymmetry?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your lateral pocket might be a little tight. I would work on trying to release that or let your surgeon revise that pocket if this bothers you.

Its true that there is always slight assymetry. Yours certainly is not that severe. It really comes down to how much this really bothers you and is it worth having another operation. You can certainly have that conversatio with him and see what he says. With any operation there is always a risk of problems and complications so you have to weigh the pros and the cons.
