Is my breast shape and size able to make a Breast Augmentation look natural? (photos)

I understand your question, but at the same time its always difficult to predict if you're post-operative results would look like someone else such as the actress you show. However I do believe, based on your picture, that you would be an excellent candidate for an breast augmentation and your result could be quite natural There are many considerations when contemplating breast augmentation. Hi. I think you can achieve a very nice and natural result if you use a small implant. When you are ready to proceed, meet with a board certified PS to discuss the options. He/She can let you try on the various different implant sizes so you can see what they look like on your body. I would suggest the 175-200cc range, but it is better to make the size choice in person so you can see it on yourself. Hope that helps. Best of luck!

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. Just based on your photos alone, you do look like you might be an excellent candidate for a breast augmentation, but a physical exam would be necessary. You appear to have a good amount of lower-pole fullness, but an implant can help give you more volume overall and improve your cleavage to better match your wish picture. To create very natural-looking breasts, whenever possible I place the implant via the transaxillary approach, meaning I make the incision in the underarm area. This keeps any scars away from the breast so that nobody will know you have implants. This is a more technically sophisticated surgical procedure but well worth the results. In addition, I place the implant under the muscle so that the implants will *not* have the dreaded “half cantaloupe” shape, but will drape and hang very naturally. The size of implant is important, and the profile of the implant as well. Conservative is the way to go. As a board certified plastic surgeon who has been performing breast augmentation for decades, I urge you to study before-and-after photos of surgeons you’re considering. The easiest way to determine your own outcome is to study other patients’ results.

Your breasts are widely separated and the nipple-areola complex is pointing outward. You will need a simultaneous lift and the technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

Hello and thank you for posting. You will actually have great results…. Quite possibly better then your wish pic. Going too big might make them a little too round and stiff at first, but once they settle I don’t think this will be a problem.

If you want to go big and want them as natural as possible, avoiding too much upper pole fullness seems like the way to go. I’d recommend two options for a more natural looking upper pole. First option would be using anatomical or teardrop shaped implants and the second option would be to go over the muscle, over the muscle but under its fascia if possible. Both these options, either independently or combined will help you achieve a beautiful and natural look.
