Hello, and thank you for your question!Whether you choose to do breast augmentation or rhinoplasty first is completely up to you and which you prioritize first. I use a technique called "Cold-Subfascial Breast Augmentation" which creates symmetrical, full, and supported-appearing breasts. In the procedure, I use strong tissue called fascia, which overlies your pectoralis major muscle, to support and shape the implants, all the while leaving the muscle in its native anatomic position. By making a small incision in each of the armpits, I avoid any scarring on the breast. I combine this with lower-profile implants that create soft, natural-looking slopes and lift the nipples. With the Cold-Subfascial Breast Augmentation, in my hands, I have a better capability to create breasts that are symmetrical, naturally supported, and natural-appearing. Shape and form trumps size and there are specific details you should be aware of for success in breast augmentation! The best advice I can give you is to avoid moderate and high profile implants like the plague! You need as much width and height as you can get out of an implant otherwise you would be high risk for what I call a 'rock in a sock' look. My recommendation would be to go with the lowest profile implant that matches your base diameter. In my practice I only use highly cohesive form stable implants that are anatomically shaped in the subfascial plane to achieve the most natural look. I use a technique called the Cold-Subfascial Breast Augmentation that allows me to use a large base width and sculpt the shape to ideally suit the patients. in my opinion, high profile narrow implants never look good. A large part of my practice is what I call "Aesthetic Facial Balancing." What this means is evaluating a patients face and bringing the features into harmony by making adjustments with either hyaluronic acid or fat. The most important component of a fillers treatment is the practitioner administering it. I take filler and balance all features in your face from top to bottom to make them work together to 'unlock' your beauty. This procedure is not just a filler intervention augmenting the cheeks and lips, but as in overall, non surgical way to shape the face in a different way to create natural appearing results. Recently, liquid rhinoplasty’s have been in high demand and it has been a popular topic. I asses each patient individually and what changes in their features would improve their aesthetics most. We find that most patients looking for a surgical rhinoplasty end up being a great candidate for a non-surgical rhinoplasty. The Aesthetic Facial Balancing technique allows patients to get similar results as a surgical rhinoplasty as well, but with very little recovery time (avoiding residual swelling that can last up to one year) and giving them instant results in less than 20 minutes, with results lasting for up to 6 years. I hope this helps!Wishing you fantastic results,Dr. Rian A. Maercks M.D.
