Can I get a breast reduction if my TEE complete shows that I have grade I (mild) diastolic dysfunction? I also have sickle cell disease and asthma. I've already been cleared for the breast reduction by my PCP, Pulmonary, oncologist, and now waiting on my cardiologist. My oncologist said he will give me a blood transfusion the day before the surgery.
