What you are asking is a chest masculinization and the goal of surgery is to make you flat and looking like a male chested person.
So the approach Is completely different in between a breast reduction (anchor incision to preserve the female shape) for women and chest masculinization, which will need a subcutaneous mastectomy and skin resection to recreate the male inframammary fold at the level of the lower border of the pectorals muscle. And reposition the areola-nipple complex to a totally masculine small size and very low position right above the fold.
Chest masculinization will let a single curved incision. Totally flat.
