5'6", 115lbs, what are my options to reduce breasts from a C to an A cup?

A breast reduction can bring you to whatever size you would like. A C cup to A cup is a relatively small reduction which would unlikely require a free nipple graft-thus nipple sensation is preserved. Typically an incision is made around the nipple and extends vertically down the breast, meeting with a horizontal incision along the breast fold where a bra would sit.

Only on the basis of in person evaluation and/or series of good photos, one could give you meaningful solution. We do most of breast reduction using liposuction, which significantly preserves blood and nerve supply; excision of the skin and, if needed, additional breast tissue, is performed as well. breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. Hello! Breast reduction is an amazing procedure and very customizable. To determine what procedure is the best option for you really depends on two things. First how droopy your breast is, do you need some skin removal and a lift as well? Second how fatty are your breasts? Every patient has their own blend of breast tissue and fatty tissue. For smaller reductions, if the skin is not too loose and the breast is not too dense (lots of fat instead of breast tissue), liposuction may be an option and has a quicker, easy recovery. For breasts that are dense (lots of breast tissue) and not droopy or loose, a subcutaneous mastectomy can work beautifully.
