I'm infertile so bearing children & breastfeeding is of no concern to me. I'm looking to make my chest more masculine without getting a FtM top surgery like double incision. I still want an A cup, but no bigger than that. What are my options?
Answer: Breast reduction The best place to begin is a visit to a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. During a breast reduction the surgeon aims to remove the desired volume, but enough tissue must remain in order to shape the breast as well as maintain blood supply to the nipple.

Answer: Options for reduction from C to an A cup A breast reduction can bring you to whatever size you would like. A C cup to A cup is a relatively small reduction which would unlikely require a free nipple graft-thus nipple sensation is preserved. Typically an incision is made around the nipple and extends vertically down the breast, meeting with a horizontal incision along the breast fold where a bra would sit.

Answer: Small breast reduction Only on the basis of in person evaluation and/or series of good photos, one could give you meaningful solution. We do most of breast reduction using liposuction, which significantly preserves blood and nerve supply; excision of the skin and, if needed, additional breast tissue, is performed as well. Very likely that in the hands of an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon, you could achieve desired result. In person consultation is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Breast reduction Dear gaywh0re, breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. This way, my patients are achieving beautiful results with minimal incisions which reduces downtime and delivers an overall better breast shape long term.If you are considering breast reduction surgery, you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and make sure your surgeon understands your goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
