Will I need another breast reduction?

If a patient's breast grows and begins to cause physical, psychological, and functional problems, then she should undergo surgery according to my criteria. As long as the surgical technique is adequate, this will not cause problems. As the patient gains weight, her body proportions will change, such as her face getting wider, her arms getting thicker, and her chest getting broader. When a patient loses weight, the proportions of her breasts decrease as well, since breast tissue is made up of fat and glands. I suggest you consult with several board certified plastic surgeon. A personal evaluation with a Board Certified plastic surgeon where she/he can examine the height of your areolas, current volume and distance on the lower pole can help on your decision in wait to get a secondary breast reduction.
