Breast lift uneven and disappointing (from big c cup to a perky c cup) - how to fix?

RealSelfMember014110
I had my breast lift a year ago, my breasts were full but saggy. I went to a very acclaimed doctor. I paid a lot more than the average price range because I wanted her to do it. My recovery was fine at the beginning but after the stitches started dissolving my left side had troubles, It was bleeding where the stitches knots were. Now I'm fully recovered and the left side has a bigger areola and is sagging. Is there a way to fix that? I don't want a revision, it already took a toll on me.
