I’m 5’4 and 25 years old. Growing up people have always told me my boobs are low. I’m young never had kids but they have always sit low. I'm guessing it's genetics. Everytime I look at breast lift surgery they always talk about it help with sagging and how they move the nipples. But I love my breast and they’re not saggy it just low root. I was wondering if there any way to make breast higher on chest but keep it the same size. I’ll put a reference photo so I can show what I mean about low root.
Answer: Bellesoma Method Your breasts are low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift Dear kylah32, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: You may benefit from a lift or a lift with implants After reviewing your photos, you do seem to have some degree of sagging, as I cannot see the fold under your breasts. Performing a breast lift would help the breast have a slightly higher position on the chest wall, but it rarely stays as high as it is after surgery and it is impossible to lift it beyond the borders of your breast. What would likely help you achieve a look of having your breast higher in your chest wall would be to perform a breast lift with implant placement. The implant would help fill out the upper half of the breast and you could lift the breast tissue to sit over the top of the implant, this wouldn’t raise the borders of your breast on your chest wall, but it would make your breast tissue sit a bit higher and the implant would help make it look like more of the breast tissue is higher up on the chest wall. Hope this helps!

Answer: Breast lift Hello! This is a great inquiry you have here. While your breasts hang lower on your body, this is your own unique anatomy! It would be possible to perform a breast lift for you, to achieve breasts that sit higher on your torso/chest. Breast lifts are not only done to help with sagging, they can be done to re-position the whole breast. The position of your nipples would not change in relation to the breast, but the overall breast and nipple complex would be lifted and higher on the chest. As always, an in person consultation would be best to assess your anatomy and discuss the procedure, as well as answer all questions! Best,Dr. Tanovic

Answer: Low sitting breasts Yes your breasts sit low on your chest wall but there is nothing wrong with that. If you are happy with your breasts as you stated then do not undergo any procedure to please someone else. If in the future you would like a lift you can consider it at that time.
