Lollipop lift in Feb, fat transfer in May, do I need a breast revision?

I got a lollipop breast lift done in Feb. I didn't want anchor lift because of the scar. I also got fat transferred to my breasts in May. My surgeon says I don't need another lift and has recommended implants instead. However, my breasts still look droopy to me. Do I need a lift or implants?

Yes, your breasts need to be redone. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.

Well the good news is that the surgeon didn't over-resect precious skin that needs to be properly removed, along with some breast tissue, to achieve a beautiful shape. Implants only provide more volume, especially in the upper pole, but are not necessary to achieve good nipple position and lifting of the breast mound. You should really go to another surgeon, like Frank Lista in Toronto.

Your nipple position and breast shape suggests that you'd benefit from a revision.  I'd suggest a full scar mastopexy with both vertical and horizontal incisions.  You might reinforce the tissue. with mesh to prevent recurrence:  Galaflex or Durasorb.

It looks like you had some sort of donut lift which did not adequately lift your breasts. You need a complete revision with a standard anchor type lift.  This is not even close to being right.  Make sure you go to a breast lift specialist

From the photos it appears you need a revision with an anchor lift for improvement.  You do not need implants unless you want more volume.  One option is autoaugmentation where your own tissue is used to provide upper pole fullness.  This is not fat grafting.  I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

You were sagging before surgery and are still sagging. You may need more than the vertical lift.  You have a nice volume, so I suggest another lift. One thing, your natural breasts bases sit low on your chest and they will do so after a lift.

Your breasts are actually not "droopy."  They do have quite a bit of projection and very widely placed nipples.  Before photographs, including lateral views, and the type of breast lift you received would be helpful in determining the quality of your results and the initial issues before offering any advice regarding revision. In your case, the ideal would be to change the implant and perform a breast lift with an inverted T scar, to improve the projection and shape of your breasts.
