Im 25 and Ive been wanting a BA since my teens. I dont plan on having children immediately after my BA, but Im wondering if they always look bad or need to be immediately redone after pregnancy? Does this vary from person to person? I dont mind getting a lift in the future but I definitely want them done now and have been shopping around for years.

Answer: Sagging after pregnancy While it is common, there is no guarantee the breasts sag after pregnancy. It may or may not happen to you. The sag is caused by the rapid inflation and deflation of the breasts, attributed to weight gain and milk production. If you are comfortable with the idea of having a breast lift in the future should sagging happen, then you can consider getting breast augmentation now.

Answer: It varies for everyone Not necessarily, it definitely varies from person to person. Skin laxity depends on multiple factors including genetics, age, how much weight gain you had during pregnancy or how your breasts develop during pregnancy. You definitely don't need the possibility of one day having children deter you from having a breast augmentation at this stage of your life. After pregnancy, you can always schedule a consult with a surgeon to see if you'd be a candidate for a lift or if you could just do an implant exchange down the road.
