and if tissue is lacking, you will never have a 'natural' slope and result as they are more likely in women who have plenty of breast tissue to camouflage the underlying implant.  If you are only going to have surgeon in pursuit of 'natural', you need to make sure your surgeon understands your expectations AND you should know what your surgeon's revision policy is as you may need it if you are not 'natural' after your surgery.

Then, communicate your goals carefully as you have done here with photographs as well as verbal communication. It is likely, that with the use of appropriate breast implants size/profile, as well as any adjustments of the breast implant capsules as necessary, that you will achieve closer to your goals with revisionary breast surgery.
