I am considering breast implants (34A) and have not had children yet. Do breast implants change size (decrease or increase) after breastfeeding? Would it be better to have the implants after pregnancy and breastfeeding? I noticed some ladies said they were naturally a C then breastfed and went down to an A?

Answer: Do breast implants change size after breastfeeding? Yes, breasts to tend to change during and after pregnancy. Often, patients will experience “involutional hypoplasia”; a process where the breasts becomes smaller in size. Women also notice that the breasts may change in position on the chest wall ( “sag”). For this reason, when I see patients in consultation for breast surgery, I recommend that they postpone having the breast surgery, if they are planning on pregnancies in the near future.I hope this, and the attached link, helps.

Answer: Do breast implants change size after breastfeeding? Breast implants do not change in size after breastfeeding, it's your own breast that changes. You may lose some of your own breast tissue and your skin may not bounce back. If you are planning on having kids in the near future (next couple of years), then wait but if kids are not in your immediate future, then go ahead and have your procedure and enjoy them now. ac
