3 months post op - sagging breasts? (Photo)

Based on your photographs especially the lateral I would not say that your breasts are sagging. Elevating the nipple any higher would result in a high riding nipple areolar complex that may be visible in a bikini or a low cut bra. I wouldn't recommend any further surgery at this stage. I think that given the type of surgery you had your results are quite reasonable and what you would expect.  With time you may want to consider a lollipop style lift but I wouldn't rush - enjoy your results for now and see what happens over time.Kind regards,Dean

The fact that you are asking the question tells me you suspect you should have gone with a traditional lift. It has more scarring, but gives a more predictable outcome.

A key part of a breast  lift is going to be the tightening of the skin envelope around the breast. If the scar is limited to around the nipple not as much tightening of the lower pole skin is possible.  This can mean that over time the result of the lift will " bottom out".The other issue can be that there is more tension on the scar around the nipple will allow stretching and dilatation of the nipple.The solution to these is to tighten the skin elsewhere and that is where the vertical scar of the lollipop comes into it. Tightening this skin supports the lower pole of the breast and minimisies the chances of bottoming out, and takes the tension off the scar around the areola so minimises the risk of stretching.  The down side of course is the scar - and only each patient can assess in their mind the pros and cons of each.I hope that is of some helpJeremy Hunt

It does appear that your periaereolar scar has stretched and this may account for the drop in your breast. It is best that you discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

The posted photos look very good position for the N/A complexes. So I do not agree with you as for needing additional surgery at this time.... 

You would get more lift and tightening with a vertical lift (lollipop scar).  I find that periareolar lifts help elevate the nipple/areola maybe 1-2 cm but they do nothing to actually lift the breast and tighten the pocket.  A vertical lift will also help you reduce the size of the areola since there is not as much tension on them afterwards. 

From the side view, the breasts do not look like they are sagging at all.  Unless this has changed, I would leave them alone.

Based on your photos it appears that you have some stretch around your areola making them appear wider.  Follow up with your plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns.  Sometimes the periareolar scar widens if all the tension is distributed there to impart a small lift.
