One breast was smaller & had minimal lower pole volume. PS mentioned they didnt want to lower the fold much due to risk of bottoming out. I'm happy with the fullness, but it seems like we shouldve lowered that breast fold, as one breast is has more volume at top. What can be done? Is it possible to lower the fold of the higher, smaller breast w/o redoing the whole operation? Will lowering it cause bottoming out? Attached before/after pic from 3-mth followup + my own pics taken recently.

Thank you for your question and for submitting your photos. I am glad to hear you are happy with your decision to undergo plastic surgery; something all plastic surgeons are happy to hear from patients. Your left implant is sitting lower than your right implant. One implant slipping more...
Hello and greetings from Turkey. Liposuction and Breast Implant Renewal procedure can be combined together without any problems. You can safely have the procedure.
Just based on your photos, your higher breast appears to be in good position and your lower breast has the implant that is dropped. You can discuss which way you prefer with your surgeon.
