You do not look masculine at all. I suspect, you are not happy with this size because of having the larger implants. You may have expected your breasts to look the same, just smaller, but that is not the case. I still see tape so you are probably still early in your healing. Give yourself time to heal and let your tissue settle. You may find that you actually like this size.

When I exchange implants and decrease in size this much, I always talk with the patient about a lift as well. The skin envelope needs to be made smaller, or it will be redundant and the implant won't fill it out as well as the previous one did. Of course this would require scars and some patients are unwilling to proceed with the lift for that reason.
