Scar tissue at bottom of pec muscle. Is there a fix?

I had my implants in 2010, removal in 2016. The impants 350cc were intact, capsule was very thin so it was left and pec muscle was not reattached where original surgeon cut it (ugh). I have had severe muscular upper back pain since the day I got the implants. Have began power sculpt gym class, back paij is worse again. I noticed my scar tissue under breast is thick again. Upon massaging it agressively, my back loosens up. What couuld be happening here? Is my pec damaged or stuck? Is there a fix?

I'm sorry to hear of the pain you've been experiencing.  As it has been so many years since your implant removal it's difficult to say what may be occurring.  I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for a physical exam.  She/He can hopefully point you in the right direction.

I would suggest going back to your surgeon and be evaluated to see what is happening. sometimes scar tissue can be injected with Kenalog to soften it or treated with external ultrasound.
