Breast Implant Dropped Below Crease - Do I Need a Revision?

A picture would really help us answer your question.  It appears one implant has fallen below the incision.  Honestly, this implant will not go back up on its own.  The implant that is high may still fall some.  You should discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Sounds like you may have two separate issues going on...one implant has dropped too far and the other not far enough.  Most implants will drop into position by about four to five weeks after implantation. Some patients may take longer. However, they should be dropping in a fairly symmetrical fashion. If your implants are still very discrepant by three months, then it is likely that they will not correct on their own. However, it is advisable to wait at least six months from the time of your initial operation in order to allow the scar tissue to mature and soften.

You should give it some more time to settle in. This can take 3-4 months.  Then get it reassessed after seeing your surgeon for follow-up.

Some asymmetry in breast shape is common after breast augmentation surgery, and often this will resolve within the first 6 months of surgery. You should discuss any worries you have with your plastic surgeon, although you may prefer to wait several months before deciding to proceed with additional surgery.

You are still in the early post operative period.  While your specific condition can't be determined without a photo, your circumstance is somewhat common.  If you have an experienced board certified PS then trust his or her judgment.  He/she has likely seen thousands of breast augmentation patients and knows the normal post op routine.  However, if you are persistently unsure of his/ her opinion then seek a second opinion.

In regards to your question, while you are still fairly early out from surgery, at this point your symmetry should somewhat resemble your pre-surgical status. Without having the benefit of examining you or seeing photographs, it is difficult to make a judgement on your condition. Either way, you will need ample time to heal from this initial surgery prior to proceeding to any intervention should you indeed require it. My recommendation would be to follow-up with your surgeon on a regular basis and review the improvement of the breast, or lack thereof, and make a decision from there in 8 to 10 months.

Maybe you should wear a good underwire bra 24/7/8 weeks abd try to splint the implant back up.  Maybe that will help.  If at 6 months you aren't in balance, you will most likely need a revision.
