It is possible to get a fat transfer to your breasts and fell and hit dips at the same time. The biggest constraint is the amount of donor fat that you have to donate from other areas. Expectations of fat transfer need to be realistic. Fat transfer to the breast is a powerful maneuver. However, if your goal for instance is a high profile upper breast: This is unlikely to be achieved with fat transfer only and would likely require an implant.

Fat transfers to more than one site are typically safe and not uncommon. Limiting factors are the volume of fat you have available for donors and the added discomfort from multiple area treatment.

Yes, its possible to have fat transferred to both areas at the same time. Remember, the fat is very sensitive to pressure during healing so be sure you aren't putting pressure on the areas that were injected when resting and sleeping

The longer answer is that 1) you need to have an adequate amount of fat to fill both areas, and 2) that recovery is a bit more difficult since you will be restricted from placing too much pressure on the areas that were grafted, so sleeping and sitting will be a bit more cumbersome.

Yes can transfer fat to breasts and hips at same time, provided you have enough fat for both areas.

In my experience, have done this frequently. Not all plastic surgeons perform fat trots breasts.

Usually determined by areas for liposuction available.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Yes this is technically possible, however it is dependent on your anatomy/available fat stores and size goals. For fat grafting procedures, the total fat that can be injected is dependent on how much can be removed. It is best to avoid direct pressure to areas that have had fat injected for long periods of time. For this reason, I would typically recommend injecting the hip dips before the breasts. The sequence of the operation would be depend on your anatomy and available fat stores and what areas would need to have liposuction performed.

Yes, both can be done at the same time. However, in most women, the "dips" are normal and they have too much fat above and below which can be treated with liposuction.  It is best not to make your side hips too wide for that is not a natural look.
