Was a 32D, now a 32B post children/nursing. More concerned with enhancing shape, and understand that a half a cup size might be all I can get with transfer, but it may be the case that there's not really fat to transfer here. Would be curious to see if you see anywhere to grab from without creating new problems.If I go with implants I would take advantage of going larger. Curious to see what size you think would be good for my frame and to maintain a natural teardrop shape.
