Was a 32D, now a 32B post children/nursing. More concerned with enhancing shape, and understand that a half a cup size might be all I can get with transfer, but it may be the case that there's not really fat to transfer here. Would be curious to see if you see anywhere to grab from without creating new problems. If I go with implants I would take advantage of going larger. Curious to see what size you think would be good for my frame and to maintain a natural teardrop shape.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Fat Grafting not advisable You are thin and have little fat. Any fat placed will have a small impact on size and none on shape. A properly selected, highly cohesive silicone gel filled implant will give you the volume you want and the shape you want: natural. Breast augmentation doesn't have to look like balls. If you find it hard to find photos you like, it's because they are not the ones surgeons want to post; the world of social media only celebrates radical changes in plastic surgery.
