Fat graft and death risk?

Hello!! I’m about to undergo my second procedure of fat graft and implant exchange previously I had also breast implant with fat graft but didn’t like shape and size of implant and fat was only 200 cc I want more but afraid to die from stories people telling me my dr will only do lipofilling not full liposuction just 200 cc again is there methods to prevent death risks I will do it under local and sedation Thankyou

The risk of death is very low if done properly. Your surgeon can tell you how much fat can safely be added at one time. Going over that amount will risk losing the fat and fat necrosis.  You might consider exchanging your implants for something larger.
