Breast augmentation for tubular breasts?

Breast augmentation by itself would be insufficient. You will need a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, the breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

Breast augmentation will improve your shape, some release of tissue inside may be necessary during the implant surgery.

Areolar reduction or donut lift can be added, usually after implants have settled as a second procedure.

There will be some limitations such as wide spacing, size, etc.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.

Thank you for submitting your question and photo! These can be challenging cases. In my experience you will be able to achieve a better result with more symmetry by adding a mastopexy (lift). This helps control fold position as well as nipple position and breast shape.
I recommend an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has significant experience with tubular/constricted breasts.

Based on your one post of photo, you can start with a breast, augmentation impossible nipple, Ariola reduction as stage one in your quest, for correction of your tuber, deformity and hypoplasia with wide step breast. The wide breast usually cannot be addressed by surgery. This is an anatomic deformity. Best virtual consult with.

You sent only 1 photo of your tuberous breasts and did not include a side view. But a preliminary review of the photo suggest that you may be able to just have breast augmentation with implants and not need other procedures. To have a more definitive approach you would need to consult with Board Certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
