Looking for professional input! I'm wanting to get BA and I'm wondering if I could get away with just implants or would I need any additional work like a lift to fix the shape? Thank you so much in advance!!
Answer: Mini lift with small implants Breast augmentation by itself would be insufficient. You will need a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, the breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

But a preliminary review of the photo suggest that you may be able to just have breast augmentation with implants and not need other procedures. To have a more definitive approach you would need to consult with Board Certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Answer: Tubular breast augmentation Thank you for submitting your question and photo! These can be challenging cases. In my experience you will be able to achieve a better result with more symmetry by adding a mastopexy (lift). This helps control fold position as well as nipple position and breast shape.
