Hi, thank you for sharing your question. While you don’t have tuberous breasts, correcting your breasts to appear more like the breasts you are alluding to will require both a lift and implants because of the wide separation of the breasts and the relative lack of projection/upper pole fullness.

You do not have tuberous breasts. You have widely separated breasts that are low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

The photos reveal some sagging of the breasts and possible minor elements of tuberous breasts. You need to be examined by a Board Certified plastic surgeon. Tuberous breasts are more challenging than straight forward breast augmentation. But, if indeed, the exmination of the breasts reveal tuberous breasts you can achieve an excellent result with surgery
