Tuberous breasts - best surgery for me? (Photo)

Hello I have really tight, pointed breasts - they actually hurt to rub if I'm applying moisturizer. I've never worn an unpadded bra/bikini top because my breasts are triangular and pointy. I'm looking to have them fixed but I have no idea how, what is your opinion. I'll add some photos too.
